White Oak has been entertaining small corporate groups for day meetings or overnight retreats for many years.  It is our goal to take the stress of planning and execution of your next meeting off of your corporate event planner.  Our staff is trained to attend to the smallest or largest of details.  We realize that it is in these details that your meeting will be a success or a failure.

There is no other facility in Alabama that offers corporate groups the opportunity to have personal service in a natural environment, meeting rooms furnished with family heirlooms, a fireplace, great southern meals prepared especially for your group, AND  the opportunity to fish lakes stocked with largemouth Tiger bass and bream, or to shoot a nationally recognized sporting clays course.

If vigorous outdoor activities are not your bag, you may enjoy the luxury of simple pleasures such as rocking on one of the many porches and hoping for a glimpse of the whitetail deer, turkey, quail, fox squirrels, hummingbirds, or one of the over 105 species of birds that pass through the plantation.

Our Executive Chef will prepare meals of your choice, or you can choose from our extensive menu. All meals are served in the dining room from antique sideboards with seating at oak draw-leaf tables. Although White Oak is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world, there is wireless internet in the meeting rooms and almost any A/V equipment you might need. 

White Oak is located 20 miles from Auburn University and 45 miles from the capital in Montgomery, Alabama, making it accessible and convenient for almost any group. If you will be flying in, we are 1 3/4 hours from Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta and 1 hour from the Montgomery, AL airport and 2 1/2 hours from Birmingham airport.
